About Scholaya | The Operating System for Modern Schools

The Operating System for Modern Schools

Scholaya unifies admissions, the student information system, timetabling, attendance, the gradebook, report cards, fees and finance, HR, and school-wide communication in one connected platform. Arabic-first, bilingual by default, and white-label for every school.

One platform for your whole school — every part, moving as one. First live at Bedayia International School.

Our Story

From a Patchwork of Tools to One Connected School

Scholaya was built to solve a problem every school knows too well: running on a patchwork of disconnected tools — one system for admissions, another for the gradebook, a separate app for fees, yet another for parent communication. The data never lines up, the work is done twice, and no one sees the whole picture. We built Scholaya to be the single connected operating system for a school instead. Admissions, the student information system, timetabling, attendance, the gradebook, report cards, finance, HR, and communication all live in one place and share the same records — Arabic-first, bilingual by default, and white-label so every school keeps its own identity. Scholaya went live first at Bedayia International School, and it is built for how schools actually run.
